About Custom Strata

Our Background

Custom Strata Management was established in 2008 as an independent, specialist provider of strata management solutions throughout Perth and Regional Western Australia. Our current management portfolio is both diverse and extensive and comprises in excess of 190 strata communities and over 3,000 individual lots.

Our portfolio of communities includes both new and established properties that range in size from 3 lots to over 150 lots whilst we are responsible for supporting communities with annual expense budgets ranging from $10,000 to over $4,000,000.

Joanne Dunn, Senior Strata Manager and business owner, has been involved in the strata management and residential property management industries for over 20 years.

Joanne's Husband, Brad Dunn, joined the business in late 2011 on a full time basis following a successful 20 year career with NAB working in corporate, commercial and property related finance. Brad is responsible for all accounting and finance matters involving the strata portfolio.

Today, Joanne and Brad enjoy the support of a dedicated and experienced team comprising of Accredited Strata Managers, Support and Administrative Personnel and Accounts.
