Having been appointed strata managers to numerous commercial and residential developments, we have a deep understanding of the challenges and issues likely to be faced by developers on the journey from construction through to completion and then hand over of the completed property.

Our services to developers and project managers include:

  • Assist your development team and liase with external advisors  to the project (solicitors, local authority offices, valuers and project marketing personnel)
  • Provide guidance and advice in relation to the strata scheme, including specific advice relating to common property, lot boundaries and exclusive use areas
  • Provide input and advice in relation to the preparation of the strata management statement and by-laws for the project
  • Preparation of proposed budgets, including engaging the use of external service providers in relation to the forecasting of sinking fund requirements
  • Establishment of books and records for the property in accordance with the provisions of theOrigin Apartments - under construction Strata Ttles Act 1985
  • Obtain quotes for insurance coverage for the property
  • Convene the Inaugural Extra-Ordinary General Meeting
  • Convene the First Annual General Meeting of the strata scheme.
